If you have a problem with your product or are unhappy please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date. Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.
RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at [email protected] to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
Refunds
In the event that a refund is granted, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping Fees are not included in a refund
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Contact your bank if you have any problems,

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
